R&R Computer Solutions has five choices of New Computers to choose from. All of our computers are considered custom, and are built right here at our shop in Portola located in Plumas County CA. These are our four pre-configured options; Standard Office, Pro Office, Pro Office Plus, Standard Gaming, Pro Gaming / Video Editor, and of course a totally custom built PC.
Every R&R desktop computer is built with quality such as: Intel, Western Digital, LG, Biostar, iMicro, Thermaltake, EVGA, etc. Our new computers come with the latest version of Windows, Virus scan, and a Parts & Labor Warranty. These computers are not bogged down with trial version software and endless promotions, thus allowing them to operate at maximum speed and efficiency when they leave our computer shop. With every new PC the customer gets a physical copy on CD or DVD of Windows, the mother board chip set drivers, and any other software that may have come with your new hardware components. Each of these four configurations have room to grow and upgrade with your needs. Most factory built PC's don't give the customer this ability.
If you are not ready for a new computer, but want to improve what you are currently using, then try our Upgraded Computer option. Our upgraded computers are based on four pre-configurations; Standard Office, Pro Office, Pro Office Plus, Standard Gaming. With each one of these you get a new CPU, Motherboard, RAM, and Case. These are your essential components. If compatible, your Power Supply, CD/DVD drives, any other drives, Card Reader, Hard Drive/s, PCI, PCI Express cards are transferred from your old computer to this new computer. With less new parts and labor, this option is a good choice if you are not ready to purchase a complete new system.
R&R Computer Solutions offers complete Computer Repair. Including computer / laptop clean-up, virus & spyware removal, parts repair, general software diagnostics, and internet & network diagnostics. With R&R Computer Solutions you can call and make an appointment or just stop by anytime Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. You can also call us and we will make a service call to your location.
R&R Computer Solutions offers computer accessories, such as monitors, routers, modems, card readers ect, with diagnostics, replacement & limited repair.
R&R Computer Solutions offers complete Website Development. Creating & designing a complete site for you, or creating the site you have already designed.
R&R Computer Solutions offers the latest in web development. We do have restrictions on our web development services. R&R Computer Solutions will not design or develop anything that is considered offensive to us. We do not offer direct purchasing through any website.
R&R Computer Solutions offers website management, updating and maintaining websites daily, weekly, or monthly.
R&R Computer Solutions offers Computer Tutorial training. We have tutorial packages that you can purchase and go through at your own leisure. All you need is a computer and internet access. You can then login to our website and go through any tutorial that you have purchased.
R&R Computer Solutions also offers personal training. If you want 1 on 1 training you can make an appointment at our office.

We only use high quality parts and our work is of high-caliber & efficiency. We offer same day service on most new computers & on most computer repair (depending on if parts need to be ordered).
