With the Linux OS, these computers have no bloatware (tracking, monitoring, and privacy invasion) on them. With Windows these computers would have bloatware (tracking, monitoring, and privacy invasion) coming from Windows itself plus any other proprietary software you may install. Laptops and All IN Ones are ordered from the Manufacturer via our wholesale supplier. Most of these will ship with the latest version of Windows. Most of these can run LINUX, but will not ship that way. They would require an after-market conversion. Some models ship LINUX ready. Meaning they may have a free version of DOS on them but nothing else.

computer repair
service
Computer / laptop clean-up, of chassis & software. This applies to both Linux and Windows, although Linux software rearly slows down needing to be cleaned up. Virus, spyware, adware, malware, and trojan removal. This applies mainly to Windows. Linux rearly ever gets any kind of infection due to its file system and permissions. If you do get infected, you can be guaranteed it's user fault. Though this is debated, the fact is that the thousands of infections created for Windows do not affect the linux system. Software diagnostics, and internet & home network diagnostics, router setup, printer setup, installation, trouble shooting, and cleaning for some models.
repair
Full hardware diagnostics & replacement. Only new parts are used for repairs. Refurbished parts are never used. Occasionally, used parts may be used. But only if new parts are not available. In this case the customer would be notified prior to repairs. Service and/or Repair jobs are completed in a timely fashion. All jobs are completed in the order in which they were scheduled, unless otherwise noted. Approximate completion times are given at the time of scheduling or if applicable after a diagnosis is given. Call and make an appointment or stop in any time during business hours.
